Maasstad Medisch Specialisten — Modernising Voting for Complex Decision Making
The Maasstad Medisch Specialisten (MMS) partnership of independent specialists needed a secure and efficient way to manage complex decision making. With 135 specialists across 16 medical disciplines, every group had voting rights weighted by the number of specialists they represented. Traditional in person voting made this process difficult and time consuming, especially when not all members could be present.

From paper to digital precision
MMS wanted a digital solution that would respect voting weights, ensure privacy and allow members to participate wherever they were. After exploring various tools, they partnered with Savvy Congress to create a tailored online voting application designed specifically for their governance structure.
The result was a web based platform where representatives could log in securely via personal access codes and cast their votes according to their assigned voting weight. All votes were stored confidentially and processed automatically to deliver immediate, accurate results.
